This is a small operation, which is the good news and the bad news: replies are not instant, but they come from someone who knows the product.
Getting access
Individual subscriptions will run through the app stores once the native apps ship. Until then, tell us what you fly and we will arrange access directly.
Organisation licences
Tell us roughly how many pilots you need to cover and we will send a quote and the licence agreement. Purchase orders are fine.
Research licences
Universities and research groups: tell us what you are studying and which aircraft. Free for a year, under a written data and publication agreement.
No ticket needed
New phone? Swap it yourself.
Your licence covers two devices, and you manage them. If a phone was replaced, lost or wiped, you do not need to contact anyone — sign in on the new one and free the seat from inside the app.

Sign in on the new device. You are not locked out — you can still open your library, fleet performance and the community library.

Open the account menu (⚙️) and find Devices on this account.

Remove the device you no longer use. The seat frees immediately and the device in your hand claims it.
While both seats are taken, a third device can still open your saved work — only starting a new calibration waits until you free a seat. There is also Sign out all other devices in the account menu if you would rather clear both at once.

We use what you send here to answer you, and for nothing else. No mailing list, no advertising, no third-party tracking on this site.
Your data
Delete your account and data.
You can do this yourself, at any time, without asking us.
- In the appOpen the account menu and choose Delete my account & data. It takes effect immediately.
- Or by emailIf you cannot sign in, email App.Op@Big-R-Ag.com from the address on the account and we will delete it for you.
What is deleted
Your account and sign-in, your email address, your sharing preference, your registered devices, and this device's saved passes, aircraft and camera calibration.
What remains
The de-identified result numbers you contributed to the community library, with the link to your account permanently erased — they can no longer be connected to you by us or by anyone else.
