This is a small operation, which is the good news and the bad news: replies are not instant, but they come from someone who knows the product.
Buying a licence
Individual and organisation licences are bought on the Pricing page and attach to the email you sign in with — nothing is bought inside the app or through an app store. The app itself is a free download.
Organisation licences
Choose your seat count and pay by card, or take the invoice option: net 30, purchase orders welcome, licence active the moment the invoice is paid. More than 500 seats, or a university agreement to negotiate? Write to us.
Research licences
Universities and research groups: tell us what you are studying and which aircraft. Free for a year, under a written data and publication agreement.
No ticket needed
New phone? Swap it yourself.
Your licence covers two devices, and you manage them. If a phone was replaced, lost or wiped, you do not need to contact anyone — sign in on the new one and free the seat from inside the app.

Sign in on the new device. You are not locked out — you can still open your library, fleet performance and the community library.

Open the account menu (⚙️) and find Devices on this account.

Remove the device you no longer use. The seat frees immediately and the device in your hand claims it.
While both seats are taken, a third device can still open your saved work — only starting a new calibration waits until you free a seat. There is also Sign out all other devices in the account menu if you would rather clear both at once.
Each device can be given a name in the same Devices list — "Blake's phone" makes it obvious which one to remove. And once you sign in on the new phone, your library comes down on its own; the export file is still there as the offline fallback, but it's no longer the only way.

Your data
Delete your account and data.
You can do this yourself, at any time, without asking us.
- In the appOpen the account menu and choose Delete my account & data. It takes effect immediately.
- Or by emailIf you cannot sign in, email App.Op@Big-R-Ag.com from the address on the account and we will delete it for you.
What is deleted
Your account and sign-in, your email address, your sharing preference, your registered devices, and everything backed up under your account — your saved passes and their card photographs and droplet maps, your fleet, products, tank mixes and preferences, and your organisation membership. Passes synced under an organisation's licence remain that organisation's record.
What remains
The de-identified result numbers you contributed to the community library, with the link to your account permanently erased — they can no longer be connected to you by us or by anyone else.
